What do we stand for?

Family Business Mediation is focused on family and business relationships of family members doing family business, that is, a family company. We know that small family business implies joint cooperation of several family members what assumes potential disagreements, lack of understanding and conflicts. We also think that for family businesses the preservation of family harmony is of special importance. Thus we believe that through our comprehensive engagement we can make our clients aware of and support them in their efforts to solve the conflicts they encounter in their family business and to find and preserve the family harmony. For us, the business success is to see our clients leading successful lives & successful family businesses with our assistance.  

 

How do we work?

Family Business Mediation deploys mediation procedure in a way that it puts the  members of the family doing family business around the same table in order to initiate peaceful, calm and quality conversation. For some families it is the first opportunity for the family members to talk calmly and considerately with each other, and yet with assistance of a mediator who expertly moderates the conversation.

 

What do we do?

Family Business Mediation leads clients through mediation procedure, during which assisted by mediator ADLER, the clients seek quality resolutions of their disagreements/lack of understanding/conflicts with a view to improve the work of a family business & preserve family harmony.
